General single-sided FPC boards, namely single-sided flexible printed circuit boards, are circuit boards with the characteristics of high density, light weight, and thin thickness. On the most basic PCB, components are concentrated on one side, and conductors are concentrated on the other side. Since conduct only appear on one side, it is called a single-sided panel. It is mainly used in mobile phones, laptops, PDAs, digital products and other fields.

1) Equipment and personnel

Maximum processing size: 600mm * 500mm.
Processing board thickness: can be processed within the of 0.2mm – 4.0mm.
Base material copper foil thickness: provides three specifications of 18μ (1/2OZ),35μ (1OZ), 70μ (2OZ).
Common base materials: including FR-4, CEM-3, CEM-, 22F, FR-1 (94V0, 94HB) aluminum substrate, electrolytic copper, rolled copper, etc.
Surface treatment process covers optical copper, electroplating nickel, electroplating gold, spraying tin, gold immersion, anti-oxidation, lead-free spraying tin, tin immersion etc.

Drilling: The minimum hole diameter can reach 0.1MM.
Hole metallization: The minimum hole diameter is .2mm, and the thickness/hole diameter ratio of the board is 4:1.
Conductor width: The minimum line width of the gold board is 010mm, and the minimum line width of the tin board is 0.1mm.
Conductor spacing: The minimum spacing of the gold board is 0.1mm, and the minimum spacing of the tin board is 0.1mm.
Plated gold board: Nickel layer thickness ≥ 2.5μ, gold thickness 0.05 – 0.1μm or according to customer requirements.
Spray tin board: Tin layer thickness 2.5 – 5μ
Milling board: The minimum distance from the line to the edge is 0.15mm, the minimum distance from the hole to the edge is 0.1mm, and the minimum size tolerance is ±0.1mm.
Socket chamfer: The angle can be selected from 30 degrees, 45 degrees,60 degrees, and the depth is 1 – 3mm.
V-cut: The angle can be selected from 30 degrees, 35 degrees, 5 degrees, and the depth is 2/3 of the board thickness, with a minimum size of 80mm * 80mm.
